I went in for an upgrade and got a bill in the mail for things I had no idea I was paying for. The representative I spoke with over the phone was fantastic but beware of the sales associates at the store, they will not disclose what items are additional in a purchase. While I was there I purchased two phones, the employee proceeded to advise to pick out cases and screen protectors, typically I don't buy those in store because they're grossly overpriced, but since there was a promotion I thought it was a part of it. I assumed you should be able to rely on an employee to disclose additional costs, he did not. I may also add he may have intentionally not spoken up since he was very clearly irritated that I was in between two options and continued to ask him questions. Regardless he was getting the sale but to rush us and get snappy was unprofessional. I think said employee needs to be retrained at the very least because that was an awful experience to a loyal T mobile member.

I had an absolutely great experience today with Brian at this T-Mobile store. He provided exceptional customer service, in person and on the telephone. He stood out to me for being extremely knowledgeable, professional and just an all around excellent salesperson. He patiently answered all of my questions regarding an upgrade & trade-in for my wife. Thanks to his expert advice and service, I walked out with a better phone than I had intended to get so my wife is beyond happy. Thank you Brian!! - Richard D.
