Appointment was made for 11:30 for both my husband and myself. We usually are put in room together. Instead they took me 1st and I waited in room - had a very quick yearly body skin check dressed and during this time they took 3 other patients that had later appointments before my husband. They waited till I was done then cleaned room and put him in. So a appointment that usually has us in and out in 30 minutes took about 1 1/4 hours. Husband was to have a RX sent to Jewel at 1 PM and at 2 still was not received kept calling and no one would return calls. Finally called appointment desk line and told them what was happening and within 5 minutes had a call back. As of 10:30 AM next day still do not have RX

Had a appointment. Waited 6weeks then told day before they don’t take my insurance wow pretty bad. Very prejudice. If I could give them no stars I would wanna be very very poor dermatologist very poor very dissatisfied

The in-house pharmacist spent 2 hours on the phone with my insurance to get my medication covered! Great customer service!

Appointments are in time and procedure is precisely as described. Staff is friendly and very pleasant. The radiologist is awesome, very professional and thorough.
