I am leaving 1 star because at least the lady at the front desk was pleasant and was respectful. But the non smoking room stunk from smoke, the shower didn’t get hot enough to do anything. There was dirty stains on the furniture, burn holes in the carpet, pet hair on the carpet base along the walls. Of course the pool is closed. The A/C hardly even blew cold air. It was 95 in the hall way and 85 in the room. But hey at least there wasn’t any bed bugs.

This hotel was in poor condition, they had new beds but felt horrible. The room had to extensions, remote to tv and tv wasn't broken. Basically people stole a lot from the room. The beds smelt like urine and strong chemical they used to wash it and made our skin itchy. The pool was cracked and people children left garbage all around it. People children also went knocking on all guest rooms and ran. Just really upsetting with this hotel. Definitely will never return again

Person that checked us in sat down most of the time, and acted like we were bothering her. Room had a musty odor and definitely needs to be updated. A/C unit barely worked. Breakfast was nothing to brag about. Wouldn’t book a room here again.

They charged us $2.50 service fee after paying for the room thru Expedia. My first room had a toilet that wouldn't flush. They moved us to another room and in the morning we found out the shower didn't work. when we called the front desk to tell them, they said there was no maintenance man...when I asked for a manager to ask for a refund they told me to wait 5 mins. To send someone and hung the phone up. Someone showed up with a screwdriver. The staff was rude. The rooms needed upgrading and we could hear the person next door snoring all night.
