Reason for the 3 star rating is at 1050 am housekeeping knocked on the door with a do not disturb sign up and opened the door to the room. Check out time is noon. Talked to Bernadette the GM who apologized and said the housekeeper was new. Maybe a little more training is needed. This is the 2nd time this has happened at this hotel. Overall the room was clean and quiet.

I really like this hotel, 16 Tracy Road Dayville CT. It is like a home away home. I would not stay other places if the hotel stays this way, cleaning, warm and safe. Thank all the staffs! See you in February 1st.

Positive: Nice room Clean and comfortable. Pool is also very clean. Negative: Our room was located next to pet rooms. Woken up by a barking dog. If they are allowing animals they should locate them away from others without. Need to work on breakfast. Not many choices and what there is is from Aldi market. Expected more for price
