Not sure. Used him for some repair on laptop. Did a great job. He did everything he said he would and within the time he stated. However have had some troubles contacting him lately via email. Highly recommend him.

I have a Dell laptop and the charging port is super messed up and loose. Sometimes it charges when I have the cord propped up on something else or not at all. Am I able to get a quote for the entire cost BEFORE it's worked on? Thanks

Yes. He doesnt do anything to fix it until he diagnoses it and he will give you a estimate.

I have a keyboard, couple of speakers and a remote back up (My Book) that I'd like to recycle. Do you offer recycling service?

No appointment needed. Stop in whenever is convenient for you. All you need to bring in is your computer (unless you are having issues with an external device).
