I usually dread going into an urgent care expecting a long wait but this location was so quick! I was checked in right away and called back shortly after, the nurse Gia took good care of me and the doctor (forgot his name) was really nice and made sure to get me some answers. This MD now is very clean and I truly had a great experience here.

I want to express my awful experience with this place... My mother was visiting me from Europe and unfortunately she fell while we were running and hit her head very badly.. we had to go to this place for this so called "Urgent care".. My mother was bleeding from her head and had multiple scratches with blood all over her body.. when we arrived there we were welcomed from the most unprofessional front desk lady and such a bad experience than I wish no one ever experience especially when it comes to the life of your loved ones and there is no sense of urgency in this place.. we arrived and we were welcomed that if no ID from my mom there will not do anything.. I had to go and grab her passport since we were on a run and we don't carry our ID.. so my mom waited with the blood coming from her head.. then this lovely lady checked us and told us to wait so we waited 30 minutes with my mom starting to shake and not a common sense the front lady just to take a side look and see that this is emergency and if they cannot help to give us directions to the closest hospital... after 30 minutes we went to the room and started waiting 20 more minutes.. my mom at this time had a huge bump on her head and blood all over... I decided to go and ask for a doctor since my mom started shaking and coudn't feel her arm anymore... eventually after a big thing someone showed and told us we need to go to the hospital and we rushed to go to the ER and I called an UBER... THATS THE FUNNY PART!... while waiting for the uber I asked them about the $150 I payed for the consultation/whatever they were supposed to do.. and they didn't want to return my money back so they brought us back inside and I felt it very in-forced so they can check her temperature and ask how old she is and described the accident so they can keep the money for the consultation... they told me they don't offer some services even though I saw they do on their website only because my mom has an insurance from Europe and I guess they don't want to deal with that as well. I disputed the transaction and still waiting for my money back since you didn't provide any service and still charged me.. Thank God received a proper treatment even though with some delay because we wasted our time and paid fully for it....

Horrendous! You're better off staying home than going here! My friend got super sick & had swollen joints to where he could barely move. Paid approx $140. Got a quick opinion and was prescribed some meds. When they didn't work we tried to do a followup phone call. The doctor refused to get on the phone, they said "go to the hospital" and hung up. We ended up going to another doctor who put my friend on the correct meds and he is now doing better! We didn't need a huge hospital bill, just a competent doctor. Don't waste your money here!!!!!

Make sure you don’t deal with Melver she’s a rude person that shouldn’t be in the field of caring for people because she doesn’t. She should be fired for how she treats patients. Disgusting her unprofessional attitude.

The proper question is , do they "accept" Medicare ? the answer to which is a resounding no. You will also receive a bill equal to what Medicare will pay plus or minus a few cents. As Gomer Pyle said; "surprize, surprize"
