I got in to get my cat, Mazie’s claws trimmed and a small matt out of her back. I had the most wonderful experience and will definitely be bringing Mazie back for routine visits 😻

My groomer for years left so the place decided to not groom my cat. Waited till the day to tell me after months of waiting. Called ABCD and she was willing to cut my cat. She was so helpful. Even though she’s not taking new cats she was willing to help a cat mom. Anyone who is kind like that to worry about pets is the best.

Well... I feel bad for the dogs that are just dropped off. One dog was in a kennel waiting to get picked up, barking and one lady walked over tapped (lightly kicking) the kennel telling it to shut up. My dog had no issues with the vet cutting his nails and these ladies freaked him out. Didn't introduce themselves to my dog, as they should with any dog to help ease the situation. She just pinned him grabbed his paw and tried to force him to accept it. Then they tied him in a shower stall, muzzled him and 2 tag teamed him. 1st a dog is more comfortable with someone it knows, even if for a minute. 2nd let the dog sniff out where it's at to help calm the nerves. 3rd you as a groomer should know never to corner a dog, and that's what you did. After that I felt so bad for how they treated him I took him to another groomer where she made him feel comfortable and let him sniff out his surroundings so he was much easier to handle and finish the groom.
