For Mold Remediation and Air Duct Cleaning, we are generally scheduled out no further than one week. Water Damage Restoration is an emergency service, so we try to respond to those requests within the same day.
The simplest answer is if you are needing to change your furnace filter more often then you have in the past, then it is time to have the air ducts cleaned.
Only if the mold is on a surface that cannot absorb moisture. Any product that can absorb moisture (drywall, carpet, laminate flooring, etc.) must be removed to get rid of the mold. Simply spraying bleach will not get rid of the mold.
There are many variables that contribute to cost for a commercial air duct cleaning. We can give an accurate estimate for residential air duct cleaning over the phone if we know the number of vents in a home, or the square footage.
