I lived here about 13 months, and I can say that my only issue was having loud neighbors (which is not the fault of the company at all). I loved the apartment, staff, and complex. If I didn’t have to move, I would have stayed for another year. I cannot recommend living here enough, you will not be disappointed.

We are located 1.1 miles away from Eastern Florida State College.
We welcome 2 pets per apartment. There is a non refundable pet fee and monthly pet rent. There is a weight limit of 75 lbs per pet, and aggressive breeds prohibited. Please call our leasing office for our complete pet policy.
