I get there at 7:30am and the big heavy set lady tells me it's a 3 hour wait? Seriously? They just don't want to do oil changes. She had bad attitude to boot.

I’m sure they take breaks...probably a 15-minute break after the first 2 hours, then 2 hours later, a 30-minute lunch, then 2 hours after that, another 15-min break.
