I would give no stars if I could. I visited the store on Saturday March 19th in the morning. I went to go look at DSLR cameras. Tested out the Nikon and everything was blurry, one look at the lens and I knew it was because the lens needed to be cleaned. So I went to the front of the store and asked if they had any lens wipes. They misunderstood and took me to the camera cleaning products - I said no, I'm checking this camera out and look see it's dirty on the lens everything comes out blurry cause it's so dirty. She said ok I'll check with my warehouse and walked off for a long time, another worker passed and I told them what happened - they said oh that's cause we can't understand you. What you say doesn't make any sense. (What's confusing about a customer wanting to try out a test product, yet can't because a dirty lens? Then asking for it to be cleaned?). It was the worst experience. I was totally dismissed by the first worker, then invalidated by the second worker. Are we not supposed to be testing the store products any more? Like why was every single screen in the store dirty? Why were there 5 people on the front of the store just standing around doing absolutely nothing - then when a customer asks for help they are so inconvenienced?

Measure the outside length width, thickness. Also tell the seller which brand & model you have. They can tell you what fits that brand, model. BB has good people for that

The money will probably be taken out when the game ships but you may want to call customer service to double check in case there was a delay or something.
This is probably a software issue, but if you think that it may be a hardware issue then turn it back into BestBuy if you have a warranty.
If they have it listed as in stock on their website or best buy for business, they have it; if not, they don't.
It will be cheaper to buy a new one
