My name is Jonathan Bocek. I hope this gets to the corporate office. Please look at how much time and energy I have put towards shopping at your store since 2018. I rarely get vape carts. I bought two at Surrerra Merritt Island. There was over 1/8th of medicine in each cartridge that would not come out. I took more time to take these failed cartridges to surterra. After 6 min they let me know they could not help me because I did not have at least a quarter of the medicine in each cartridge. Yet there was over a quarter of medicine between both cartridges that would not come out. I said I was not looking to replace both but just to get the medicine I paid for. They said they would give me 15% discount. I'm sorry but I paid for .5 grams in each cartridge and I did not get that. I only want what I legally paid for. Let me pose this question. In what other industry would this be acceptable? I build houses for a living. So imagine if you paid me to build your house but I walked away with 12.5% of the house not completed (equivalent to an 1/8 of the cartridge not working). I will not return to Surterra with these types of business practices. I have been a good customer to you. Thank you and have a blessed day!

I placed my order online. Once I arrived, I was pleased with the ample parking. The dispensory is an old bank, so it is clean and shiny. Nice minimal decor. Good reggae on the radio. I was amazed at how quickly my order was filled. Most pharmacies take 20-25 minutes. Surterra had it together in 3. Cashier/teller(haha) was working both the drive through and the front counter and she was great. The fellows at the front desk moved everyone along with ease. I highly recommend. I hope ya'll are getting good wages; because you deserve it.
