I’ve given this place a few chances—they never have the flavors they advertise. They usually have like 4 strange flavors that are mixed and just pretty nasty (like strawberry banana and unicorn flavor? as a previous reviewer maybe they appeal to children but not to most adults). They were also playing music with bad words in it while I was there last night which isn’t appropriate for a place that regularly serves children. Rita’s as a chain is good—just not this one. The staff is perfectly nice however!

I gave this location many chances, the staff is super friendly but the water ice selection does not carry the main ices like cherry, lemon, choclate....just a bunch of mixed match concoctions which may appeal to the kiddy pool but Not the general public...very hard to choose a gelati when most of your ices are shall I say bougie...get back to standards or lose my business...
