There's not much incline, but the view's nice, and it's an all-dirt trail.

Easy trail with great views and no shade at all. It was quite muddy due to recent rain.

Adequate parking. Flat, wide and gravel trail out and back that takes about 90 minutes. Panoramic vistas that include Mt Tam and Mt Diablo. Great place to go out and get away from everyone else. The only downside is no dogs.

Lots and lots of ticks. You can't get near that water unless you want to walk in a tick infested marsh. Otherwise it's a very long trail that just goes around a part of the island. Not that much to look at

There is no bike path only a walking path.
On a practical level there isn't easy access to the shore and its all marshland but i don't think its prohibited.
