Do you provide substance abuse assessments? and do you use DSM V to diagnose? and what type of screening tools do you use, CAGE, S-MAST OR SASSI?

Yes. We provide Substance Abuse Assessment. We utilize our Comprehensive Clinical Assessment tool, as well as ASAM placement criteria. We also use the ASI-MV, DSM-V, CAGE and S-SMAST. In addition, we complete a comprehensive mental health assessment which is incorporated into our assessment tool.
