You guys destroy your own buildings just so you can raise the rent. It was just raised less than 6 months ago but here we go getting another raise in rent. Saw your maintenance people messing with the door next day it was broke a week later get a letter about rent increase due to maintenance. Pretty convenient isn't it?

Great house very spacious. All up to date appliances. Less than 2 miles from downtown. Owners responded to any questions very quickly. All in all great experience would recommend to anyone. Truly a 5 star experience!

This is the worst company to rent from, they never provide any maintenance to you at all, Basically you will not be able to get a hold of them at all and you will not get any services. please try to avoid this company and anything they rent

We absolutely love living in our house managed by Arrow Capital! They are always very timely in handling any maintenance we've needed help with over the 1 1/2 years we've been with them. Case in point, last night (Thursday) our air conditioner stopped working. Of course it was almost unbearable in this heat. I contacted them through the app to let them know right away. I was so worried that we might not get it fixed before the Labor day weekend and would be in a hot house until Tuesday of next week. But they came right away Friday morning! Turns out the motor needed replaced and they had our house cool again by noon! I just love the care and attention they give to all their renters. Thank you Arrow Capital!
