Will someone share the process of getting a refund on an event that was cancelled? I showed up the night of the Chris Cagle concert only to find an empty parting lot. I have e-mailed, text and left a voice message. Not getting any reply.Please help!

There's plenty of seating available for most events. All General Admission seating is first come, first served - so get here early for the best pick of seats. If you'd like to guarantee one of the best seats in the house for yourself and some friends, then I recommend checking out our reserved tables: they are available for parties of 2 or 4 and include tickets & a drink voucher worth $5 for each person.

I'm no expert and I'm, not an employee. But they host tons of all ages concerts. However, the royal grove is a BAR. So 21+unless otherwise stated would be a fair statement.

So I just purchased a ticket for my son to be able to see ICP on the 29th of this month. It states that a valid ID with purchaser name has to be presented. Is there a way around that? I wont be attending

Why was I denied entry to the Jackyl show? I took my bag back to the car, and security still wouldn't let me in. I paid for my ticket in advance. It feels like I wasted my money.
Currently we're open only for events/concerts, etc. However, we are looking into offering food and being open for regular bar hours. We'll keep you posted!
