They were so knowledgeable and helpful This was our first time buying a above ground pool. They have youtube videos of how to do things. They recommended an amazing builder to do our fence and deck. They have been in the business a long time. I highly recommend them. No matter what I need they are there to help the community.

I love this store to get pool supplies such as Clorien tables Skock and water testing for your pool also all the stuff to get your pool crystal clear again and when they test water they will write step by step instructions on how to get your pool crystal clear and tell you how to keep it crystal clear and keep it from turning into a serious mess

We have been using this company for 4+ years based on a recommendation and will continue as long as we own a pool. I don’t believe you will find a more honest business anywhere. They never try to sell us anything more than we need and are always completely helpful and honest when we do want/need to make a purchase. Over the years we’ve purchased a new pool pump, hot tub, and multiple products for our pool. Additionally, every single person they’ve recommended for other services have been honest, trustworthy, and hardworking. One last thing- they support the local military community with a discount.

Sheila was awesome! We purchased a new cover for our spa and it would not fit in our vehicle. She immediately offered to drop it by our home, AT NO COST! Her husband, Mark, and she delivered our new cover to our house and even assisted us with unpacking it and walked us through installing the cradle that attaches to it. If that wasn't already enough, they helped troubleshoot are moto-massagers and the panel. We were beyond grateful for their kindness and customer service. You can't go wrong with Hallmark Spas, Pools & Billiards. Thank you so much Sheila and Mark!! We're customers for life!
