They should text it to the phone number listed in your account. If you download the app it keeps everything in order for you all your tests all your results. I highly recommend it for anybody that goes to Quest.
They bill the insurance for you
Yes!! When you sign in the podium asks for your phone number , you can choose to wait in car. Quest will text you when your appt time is ready.
Not,sure about the HMO payments, as far as the fasting you should call the office and they will tell you with certainty because it all depends on the test.
