The vehicle that I was recently put in was extremely substandard. The employees were nice, but the vehicle was in poor state. Not only were there very disgusting stains and an unwelcoming smell, but the vehicle had no washer fluid and terrible wipers. So bad that using them actually made it harder to see. I nearly wrecked multiple times and was late for work due to the fact that I had to pull over and wait out the rain as I couldn’t see. To top it off, when I picked it up, the vehicle had less than a quarter tank of gas. Overall, this was unacceptable and this is the first issue at this location. It’s a shame that it was this bad.

AFTER I MADE RESERVATIONS FOR RENTING A CAR I WAS TOLD I COULD PICK Car up first by 8am the first day then it was the next morning , the next day around noon,then that same day in late afternoon! Finally, I was informed that they wouldn't have a car at all that day. Called cape & was told I could pick car up at 9am on Wednesday.I thought cool.now I've been told it will be Thursday & that i will have to put a large deposit plus the amount of the rental! Never had this kind of problem b4. I won't be using them again!!!

call the local or 800 number they have all the information you need on the particuliar vehicle you'd like to rent and they can reserve it for your convenience

if its going to a credit/debit card usualy with in a few days but if its being mailed to you by check and depending on mailing service and where you are it may take a week or so but call and ask for sure their customer service can help you with that
