I don't think they have a sliding scale, they use the same billing as the hospital, but i could be wrong. A alternative option is to call Lutheran Family Services. If they can not help, they should be able to suggestion other options in town. You can also download the app from the play store called MyLNK. It's a resource of most of the services offered in Lincoln/lancaster area. Good luck!
