D'Amore were empathetic in handling my case. He paid attention to detail and were very defensive in ensuring I received the appropriate compensation for my loss. Thank you for your hard work.

The overall customer service at D'Amore Law Firm is amazing!!! They are very personable and caring. I have had the pleasure of Ruslan Kondratyuk (Rus) representing me in two different cases. I appreciate the personal care and attention that Rus gives. He is like a magician; my settlements are always more than expected.

D'Amore Law Firm, handled our family with care, compassion, and knowledge. They were passionate about our case!! I couldn't have asked for a better team to FIGHT for us!! Before, D'Amore Law Firm, I thought our case was hopeless. I was wrong!! D'Amore not only restored my hope, but won our case!

Paul and his team were very well informed, courageous and almost everything played out the way they thought it would. They cleaned up a mess made by our previous attorney and helped secure a favorable outcome for our daughter. D’Amore went above and beyond. I trust their integrity and would highly recommend this legal team as personal injury attorneys.

Questions & Answers

I had a nail and plate put in my hip in August of 2019 and have not been able to walk without my walker since then. Have been in pain for a while and went to the hospital to be checked only to find out that the work that was done had collapsed.

I am sorry to hear this. Determining if your outcome was the result of substandard care, or from natural disease progression/known complications of the surgery and healing process would require a detailed review of your medical records.

I had 5 operations in one. Carpal tunnel, alunal release, tendon removed to place in thumb to hold it in place. Now he said it didn't work and now he wants to fuse the bone in a 20 degree angle which is permanent in the position. Do I have a case?

I would call and talk them. They will let you know if you have a case before they take it. They will tell you why you wouldnt have a case also and not just leave you hanging.

I am sorry to hear about this situation. It sounds like you will need an Attorney licensed in Pennsylvania. I am not able to practice there.
