The customer service desk / order pick up rep I just spoke to on the phone was very unhelpful and short. Maybe put them somewhere they have to interact with people less and put people who are more helpful on that job. I just had a quick question and they hung up on me before I could even ask it. I get it customer service sucks but there was absolutely no reason for that.

The self checkout had trash and hangers all over the place. The employees didn't greet at all while I walked past at least 8-10 of them. The store is out of so much product especially in beauty and grocery. Completely shocked. I understand a remodel but this is far worse.
