Labor day at 7pm 2022. Walked into dickeys and the lady at the register yelled welcome while bagging up someone's order. When it was my turn to order the two guys behind the counter and the lady at the register were as kind as they could be. I ordered 1 lb brisket burnt ends, 6 bones and a half lb cheddar sausage. Got to watch them cut it and I could tell that it was going to be good. The lady has worked all day since open and she was still in high spirits. They all were. It was a great atmosphere for them working a holiday. I felt very unburdend by them. A lot of times on holidays staff will have a little attitude like they don't want to be there. Not these three. Very happy when I left, however, the best part was when I got home. Holy BBQ I was blown away! The food taste as good as candy! Every single bite melted like butter and it didn't even need BBQ sauce. Pretty impressed by Dickeys today...enough that I felt compelled to leave this review. I haven't had BBQ that good in a long time. I feel like a king!! Thank you guys for killing it on labor day and now I'm going to sit on the couch for the night happy as can be!!! Till next time...
