I had prescription filled at this location. Lady at counter was rude! Customer service skills need to be refreshed! It's a refill,... simple transaction!

The cashier in the front, the young lady with short hair, is the rudest worker I have ever come across in my lifetime. I greeted her as I would any worker, and she turned her head in pure disgust and I have never felt more disrespected in my life. She had no problem being all cheery and cracking jokes with her co worker but treated her customer, the reason why she’s employed, like a lower than dirt peasant. I’ve met crackheads with better manners than this worker. I am appalled that a business as reputable as Walgreens would even think of hiring such incompetent people who seem to harbor so much hate. I am truly baffled and am debating on never setting foot in this Walgreens again.

I am in line for prescription. 1 employee working window and the line inside. I am harassed to pick up my prescription but the wait is note acceptable. I with looking into home delivery

The staff at check inside are the nicest thing. Pharmacy has stepped it up with customer service a little before it felt like i was a burden to come to the store and bug them. Much better staff on hand and not 1 guy looking like he running …
