I've had a good experience with the personnel I've dealt with in person. However, I am due a refund due to the fact they overcharged me at my appointment in FEBRUARY. I've called multiple times and was told it would be refunded at some point... they could not provide me with an ETA. I'm paying interest on this charge on my credit card from 5 months ago with no refund in sight...I wouldn't mind if this was some 5 or 10 dollar refund, however this is just about $70 I am owed and I cannot get any answers. Super frustrating :( Update: that is what I was told when I called in May. I called again 3 months later, August 3rd, to get an update and was told "Oh, it was never sent to the refund department. It'll take 3 to 6 months for the refund" this is getting ridiculous. I should not have to fight like this for my money.

The entire staff is quite curt with patients and anything but friendly. The staff is not accommodating for the physically challenged.

In my opinion..based on my own unacceptable experience...poorly managed..poor communication to patient as well as referring physician..went in for ultrasound..waited in corridor for approx 45 minutes..had to find technician who was unaware I was waiting ..had test done...on 4/20/22..as of 5/11/22. No report...per my PCP..Unable to access patient portal.as well....unfortunately, for me..positive findings were delayed unecessarily..Dangerous for me.

I really was hoping these folks could be my family's go to for imaging. After calling about needing an MRI and an X-ray , emailing them my insurance information providing a list of personal information, and dr's script for said imaging I was told just come in as these were 'walk in services'. I arrived to a trash littered side walk and foyer. The lobby is dumpy. Then I was told the MRI has to be scheduled. Then I was told different information regarding payment and insurance. Then I was told that after providing all the information I wasn't in the system. And finally I was told to call my insurance company if I had any more questions. This practice did nothing to make feel any confidence in their competence ... I'd drive to Orlando before I'd trust these people with what will almost certainly lead to a knee surgery. Everything about this place says "I'm going to do the absolute minimum today". I'd keep looking.

Yes, they have an MRI machine. They're a great imaging center.
