I love this Best Western! It is perfectly located close to the highway without the highway sounds. The rooms are clean and don't smell like chemicals. Plenty of space in the rooms and bathrooms and there is a large swimming pool outside with a12 person hot tub. The free breakfast is open from 6:30-9:30 and has an abundance of choices. The desk help were very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely be staying here again.

I have stayed in a few hotels around Ashland and this place has been the worst experience of any of them. Hidden fees. Unable to dispute charges to your card. Unreturned calls and messages. What a joke. My advice is go anywhere else with a more honest staff and better customer service. I stayed here with my puppy. I went for dinner and he got lonely and acted out. He tore down one half of the drapes covering the window. I was charged $250 for room damage. I called to dispute the charges once I noticed the additional fees. I had to see it in a monthly statement. No call, no email, nothing. So I call and was told I needed to speak with a manager. I left my name and number and never heard back. I called back several times and the manager was never in. Always some excuse. Just off shift, off for lunch, in the bathroom etcβ¦. I left my name and number every time and never heard back. Nearly $500 for a night when my puppy tore down half of a drape. I could have driven back to the state and replaced it myself for that price. But I will never be back. You have lost my service.

Was very clean. Shakespeare theme was really cool. The continental breakfast was perfect before we got back on the road. The ladies working were very nice. We ended up staying on our way back as well!!!!!

I absolutely LOVE the private jacuzzi tub/spa rooms! I make bath products for a living, and my tub leaves something to be desired.. I go rent the room and test out my newest (and trending) products and enjoy a night of beautiful ritual bathing π€
