I have never been treated so poorly at a wyndham in my life. The lady who is in charge or who owns it I think they are one in the same is so rude and has no customer service skills to speak of. I have been there more then a few times and each time has just became worse then the last, the first time the microwave was not working and the power went out while trying to get ready and shower before check out, I went to the office since they were the only place in the area who's power was out and requested a later checkout or a rebate or something the lady told me no I couldn't have either and just deal with it, but insisted on coming in the room and looking at microwave while power was still out ! Making it impossible to get dressed and leave with her in the room fixing a microwave that had no power to even run off of, and the worst being the fact they said they had their mattress coverings on the two beds ruined and called me demanding I pay $1500 for the plastic covers I ruined or she would call the cop. I was like call them lady there was no way those covers could be more then $40.00 total to buy. I couldn't believe my ears! Needless to say the cops they never got ahold of me, so I really doubt she called. She was just trying to rip me off for money. Maybe if you treated your guests better you'd have actual repeat customers and business wouldn't be so slow! Aside from the terrible treatment we received everytime we have stayed the lady also likes to push her way into the room when your still renting it without notice so don't be surprised when she's knocking at the door asking to "fix the thing" like she has done to us many times before.

Paid for a week here. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in!!! The owner is rude an invasive and will literally bang on the door early in the morning for towels and then get mad if you don’t wanna give them to her. They have zero respect for personal space and have woken my kids up every morning with their loud banging. My husband was smoking in the parking lot and she told him if he got ashes on the ground then she would have to charge him A cleaning fee, for the parking lot. I will never be staying here again. Spend an extra 10 bucks and go next door. You will thank me. Also had to go buy a small heater cause the one in the room doesn’t work and they don’t care. Worst customer service I’ve ever had

Staff that checked us in was very friendly and helpful initially. My experience here was less than desirable after getting into the room. Getting into the bed I found foot skin shavings under the sheets in the bed. Upon asking if the sheets were changed out every day I was told that they were.... Which sadly I do not think is true as there was also crusty white spots on the bed (I'll let your imagination get you there).... In the morning we were looking for our stay to be redeemed by the continental breakfast. Getting to the breakfast area we found that there were only small refrigerated muffins and juice. We asked for the rest of the breakfast and were told there was none... Not even a pot of coffee, fruit, cereal, or anything else that could easily be provided.... Will not be coming back. Thank you for the stay and the roof over our head but I think we can do better. Don't let this review completely taint the image of this establishment but maybe call ahead to ask if the full breakfast is being served or if the room has been properly cleaned that day and not just made up... Have a good stay!

Not an excellent experience. The room looked mostly clean, but the toilet was not flushed. It still had pee and used tp in it. Gross. We had Lysol wipes, so we just cleaned all the surfaces ourselves. The room reeked of stale cigarettes. We tried to use the a/c and fan, but it just blew more nasty cigarette smells into the room. If it wasn't so late in the evening, we would have looked for other accommodations.
