If 0 stars was an option I would give them 0. The reception staff are always rude. They are more concerned that you have a covid mask on than they are about your well being. I had an appointment on September 13th. On the 12th I had a call to come in to work on the 13th. So I called the only number you can get, which is a call center in Myrtle Beach. I was on hold for 45 minutes to reschedule but no one answered. Then they charged my Medicare for a missed appointment. How Grand Strand of them. I suspect that Grand Strand Medical Center owns Carolina Health Specialists. On Monday September 26 I tried calling again. No answer for 23 minutes on hold. So, I got in my car and drove to the office in Little River to reschedule my appointment again. I was given an appointment for Friday the 30th at 1pm. On the September 27th I got an email to confirm the appointment. I confirmed on line. Got a call on September 28th and they want to reschedule my appointment to 8:40am. I am sick of this...... I am going back to Seacoast.

I love Dr Lisa Mount and her nurse, Danielle! They have always treated me as a friend, as well as a patient. They put me at ease while discussing my health, ask pertinent questions, and act like I’m the only patient they have. I trust them with my life and would not go anywhere else! Thank you to all the Little River doctors, nurses, and staff!

I'm very pleased with the care that I receive from Dr. Ruth Wieland. She takes her time and addresses all of my concerns. The front office staff could probably tweak their courtesy skills up a notch. Overall experience is great!

If I could give this place a negative star I would. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE! The office staff is discourteous. Doctors and nurses are worse. There is no sense of urgency and you're lucky if anyone gets back to you. Their office protocol is 2 days to return a call! Ha! If you're lucky to get a call back. If you value your sanity and your health - go somewhere else.
