Took my mom here for knee surgery. Unprofessional and unorganized. They suck at communicating. I will not ever go here!

Currently 2 hours in on waiting for 2 stitches for my 4 year old daughter as her lip dangles off her face. Waited 1 hour to get initially seen, and it's been 1 hour since they glanced at her and said she'd need stitches. Will go somewhere else in the future where they may take a childs pain and suffering a bit more urgently.

The worst experience ever! I had recurring anaphylactic reactions to antibiotics. Was there 2 times in 72 hours and they gave me steroid injections and released me to go home and have them again! No labs were ordered, not even an IV and I’ve been vomiting for 3 days not able to keep anything down. I was referred to Grand Strand per my Seacoast Primary Care doctor because the Seacoast Emergency wouldn’t admit me. I told the triage nurse there multiple times there what medications I’m allergic to, and she still got it wrong. I told doctor and nurses what I was being treated for multiple times, and apparently they couldn’t comprehend and kept stating something else not even close! Whether they are too busy or incompetent, it should NOT be happening in a “highly” rated facility! Additionally, when I arrived, security guard was sarcastic and rude. The admin there even told him to back off! Go somewhere else! Zero stars! Not even one!

I would like to know how my insurance, Medicare United Health Care , works with you and charges for physical therapy? I am interested in the Little River, SC facility. I have called them several times and no one has responded, please help. Eileen

I have Medicare and Mutual of Omaha supplement and it covered all my charges for physical therapy at Seacoast, Little River. Maybe you should check your insurance to see if there is any problem with coverage if the hospital doesn't return your call.
