Our electricity went out with the storm and someone called us from Egyptian at 8am Sunday morning to make sure our power had been restored. We didn't know it was our generator not working and told them, no, it hadn't been restored. They said they'd send someone out immediately. We just moved here about four months ago and I'm overwhelmed by this kind of amazing and caring and personal service. I can't remember when I last - if ever - had this kind of prompt service. Thank you to Egyptian Electric and whomever services our area for being so on top of our safety.

I just moved, I'm a retired sinor citizen. The move was very hard on me, I did almost all of it on my own. My son moved ten large pieces of furniture for me. I have been here one month. I said I will not move again. I receive my new electric bill today. 😳 I'm looking for a new place to move. I don't have any thing bad to say about Egyptian Electric. I just can't afford to pay more than double what I have paid for the last 25 years for electricity. Lord please give me strength to move again! 🙏 😢

Good Morning, any deposit for service is based on a credit check; meaning members with good credit are not accessed a deposit, while members with credit concerns are required to place a deposit of $250 on the account that is refunded after one year of paying the bill on time. A deposit of $500 is required if a member is deemed a credit risk based on the credit check. EECA does offer a variety of payment arrangement options.
