Not good at communicating it they will not pick up at the regular schedule. My regular pick up day is Thursday. I left the trash out Wednesday night for Thursday, no pick up, no communication. I left it out Thursday night for Friday pickup, they didn’t come by and no call letting me know. When I called they just said, “sorry we’re short staffed and the heat is making us get behind.” I think the guy just drove by today, on Saturday, but I didn’t have the trash out since I didn’t know he was coming today. I asked the lady if she can call him to come back, she said “no.”Now I’ll have to wait for next week. This is not good customer service.

Mr Hutching, We fully intend to repair the bridge. We are sympathetic to his situation, but we do have to go thru the process of acquiring the necessary estimates, and expect that to be completed within a very short time, hopefully today if possible.
Thank you for contacting Ed Burris Disposal Service! Our basic "Curb" service starts at $17.25 per month. This includes 70 gallons or less of trash removed weekly along with recycling, at the curb side. We also have Driveway & Carryout services available! All levels of service start at 70 gallons and if needed can go up from there for $5.50-$6.50 per 35 gallons per month.
Not sure which Monday you are asking about! The next holiday that affects our schedule is Monday Memorial Day 5/27/19.
