My husband and I knew from our first contact with Delina she was the person to design our house. We had done several major renovations in the past but never built a house from ground up. Delina immediately took away all our anxieties. She replaced them with excitement and fun. We brought her a simple plan from a magazine. She turned it into a one of a kind. It has everything we wanted plus more based on her input. Every bit of space is functional for now and in the future. She worked quickly, efficiently and creatively. It was amazing. My wife and I engaged 3D Designs to design our new home. Being an engineer for 40 years who has been involved in the design and construction of large commercial projects, I wanted an architect that could capture the house my wife and I dreamed of. From our first meeting we were impressed by the way she listened to us, made suggestions and gathered information necessary to begin our project.
