Do NOT move here. The apartments are what youd expect for income based housing. Old, stairs are way to long without the proper support to them, the railings shake and if someone were to fall into them the rail would go with them. Mold is an issue. People dont clean up after their pets. Atleast for the back apartments that i lived in it is. Basically the apartments are falling apart and should be fixed. Expect inspections every 1 1/2mths. And for you to have strict rules. That you have to abid...unless you're a friend of the office ladies. The neighbors are extremely loud, rude, drama filled and don't tend to watch their kids. (That goes for all the buildings). I've witnessed a female child between 5-8yrs old walk out naked in the front apartments with her older siblings when my children and I were walking back from the park. There are always police officers coming to the property multiple times a week. The office ladies dont do anything unless your their friends and I've walked in on them talking trash about tenants when i went to pay my rent. They tell other tenants about others business. And theyre rude and bitchy.
