New development, off the main highway but close enough to everything. Several choices for new builds. The homes have character, not cookie cutter. Phase 1 lots sold out. Phase 2 to contain clubhouse, pool, pickleboard, bocce ball and dog park! Can't wait to move there!!!

As new homeowner it was important to find the right match for our budget and personalities. We had been searching for almost a year but just could not find the right fit. We met Ms. Lynn at the Heritage Park at Longs and felt welcomed as soon as we walked thru the door. She was very knowledgeable about the development and answered every question (to which there were many) that we had. She was always available and gave great suggestions on how the home buying process works and the best way to proceed. The other staff members, Paul and Dana were amazing as well. Being a first time buyer of a new construction home came with a lot of unknows but the staff there went out of their way to make sure that we had the best experience ever!!
