Especially great for kids...if they absolutely love it you can go back the next day free & see whatever you may have missed! My son loves this place!

The area is pretty big with indoor and outdoor areas. They have snakes, lemurs, spider monkeys, flamingos, hyenas, cuckaburras, ostriches , alligators and Crocs. I'm pretty sure I'm missing a few but it's definitely a good time.

Adults are: $32.99 per person Children are: $22.99 per child (Ages of 4 to 12) where children 3 and under are free. If any seniors were to go it is $30.99 for those 62 and older. They have shows almost every hour or so usually at 11, 12:30, 2pm. You don't need a ticket to see any feeding shows, it's included with price of admission. The seating areas for the shows are first come first serve but usually plenty of space.

They have a spot where u can hold a baby alligator and get picture takin. But as far as a petting zoo there I dont recall them having one

I was told the same thing we did inquire about this. I know they do want to make sure they get along. U heard one person say it doesn't work out well if one is put in that is very aggressive toward others it will sometimes be attacked by many. I think it also depends on the size of it's a juvenile or not.

Make sure you get your second visit free tickets on your way out. They feed Utan on Monday's and it's worth going back just to see. Enjoy

There's many places around there that do offer that discount. Be worth a call. Especially for the price they charge for admission.

They have an entire reptile house with multiple snakes/lizards. Obviously alot of alligators. A few lemurs, some birds, hyenas, turtles. Pretty nice selection. It was really fun and educational.

Plus have them log you in before you leave and the next day is free. We went on like a wed and thur. Even saw a gator fight.

If you go to the reptile handling show, they will have a snake that they show the crowd and allow everyone to pet. If you go to the photograph booth by the entrance at Duplin, you can hold a snake for your photo

They do do feedings until it is in the mid 70's because they are cord blooded and can't digest food until they warm up that is why you see them sunning.

I don't think they offer resident prices, but they offer military rates. Also, when you buy your admission, the ticket will actually allow you to return free for another day, within the next week. You just have to have the admission clerk stamp your ticket when you are leaving after your visit.

I live in sc and had to pay 25. But look in the coupon books they have down there, I think there is a 2 dollar discount

If you rush from one exhibit to the other it could easily be done in an hour but there is no set time limit. Plenty of demonstrations and feedings to easily spend 3-4 hours there.
