Great place, great people. They get things done. I find it odd that some people are actually complaining about this company. I have had nothing but exemplary, quality, honest service from them. I can't help but think the negative reviews are just chronic complainers. I wish every business was operated as well as Semper Fi. I will continue to use them and I strongly recommend them above all others.

I went to visit my family at Carolina Willows after they purchased a condo there. I got there after 10:30pm and as I was leaving at 12:30am my vehicle was towed by Quality Towing! According to Quality towing they have a contract with Billy Rivera at Semperfi stating anyone without a pass gets towed immediately so I in order to get my vehicle out I had to pay $242. Now where does a visitor get parking pass at 10pm on a Friday or be able to park at Carolina Willows?You can't! Waited all weekend to find someone to ask what is the procedure is and the strange thing is how his own worker stated - did your car get a red sticker? No I did not sir..oh you are suppose to get a red sticker then towed! Really????Billy why did you have my vehilce towed? Asnwer its the HOA that did that not me....really cause you have a contract with Quality Towing!But seriously how do you contact a management company that is closed on weekends and every day 1 hour for lunch you might ask....well you don't! Billy doesn't answer calls, doesn't call back, and basically dismisses any civilian if you're not from any military branch. His entire staff is incompetent to do their job as he is quick to point fingers at everyone else for his mistakes! Property companies are suppose to give out parking passes if you do not provide a guest parking on the property.... but not Billy's company! Rude, incompetent, arrogant, nasty ppl to talk to, deal with, or do business with! He drives around in his white pick up truck like a big boss scamming ppl getting kick back from Quality Towing for each tow! We all see through you BS! You owe me $242 BILLY!
