(June 30th) I had an extremely scary and upsetting experience with an MP as I was on my way home from the hospital. I am 38 weeks pregnant, am having contractions and was given a quarters slip so I can labor at home. As I was exiting the gate, I was pulled over by an officer for speeding. I pulled over on the side of the highway near an exit ramp. When the officer approached the car, I immediately asked if we could move to somewhere else. I was worried I would not be able to stay in the car for the entire stop because I was in pain. The officer completely ignored my question and proceeded with the traffic stop. The first time he returned to my car with one ticket I was having a contraction and was having trouble speaking because I was in pain, panicking, and crying. He did not care about the state I was in but became noticeably frustrated while asking for additional information and then left for several minutes. I had to exit my vehicle to walk around the side of the highway because I was in pain while feeling extremely scared. When he returned he had two more tickets. I again asked why we could not have moved to somewhere else to complete the traffic stop but he said it was my fault for stopping where I did. I told him I was having contractions, he replied that he was not a doctor. He then left me sitting on the side of the highway alone and in pain while I waited for my husband to get there so he could help me safely finish the drive home. I am so upset and cannot believe this is how this officer protects and serves. (June 30th) UPDATE: My son was born around 1500 today. Thanks again, Officer, for your stellar performance. I look forward to sharing this story in court and with anyone else who will listen.

Their own MPs don't ever follow any road rules, yet will very quickly pull you over for something less than what they did. I have witnesses on more than one occasion when they are stopped at a red light and flip on their emergency lights just to go through then flip them right back off. I guess they are hypocrites just like the majority of Ft. Bragg. Learn what it means to lead by example and maybe people won't all hate MPs so much.

Trash, hung up on me twice when I was trying to call then decided to answer after the third call.

Returned from a 72 hour training event, and my car was stolen within hours of me getting home. After filing a police report, the MPs charged me with UCMJ Article 92 for “disobeying a lawful order” because I had left issued equipment in my POV. Didn’t realize my rucksack was more important that finding a stolen vehicle.

Yes you can, it's at the police records window, they will do you background check from 0830 to 1630. They are closed on Wednesday, the weekends and federal holidays.
Yes you do ...you still have to be vetted at All American gate and then they will give you the pass
Yes.
No. You'll need to go to your staff judge advocate or the post legal office.
Yes
U would need an address of where the service member lives but then an off post agency would come on post and serve them.
Only if they drive the car with the sticker obstructing their view. The sticker is likely because the car appears abandoned (expired tags and registration) and will be towed if the owner fails to respond to the notice.
