Those 4⭐ are for Lisa! She is the Best and the only reason I'm still around. Dr. Hall is a good doctor but he can have an attitude at times! What is up with the front desk receptionist? They Never answer the phones and if you do manage to get through, they put you on hold so long that you hang up! That needs to be addressed ASAP because that is unacceptable!

Love the providers but the wait time is completely unacceptable. To sit in a waiting room an hour after a scheduled appointment when you’ve already checked in ahead of time is completely ludicrous. I wish the quality of the providers and awareness of waiting times were equal so a better review could be left. Update: Still definitely my favorite providers. Totally resolved any issues from the last visit and way more time conscious. The greatest!

I had a wonderful experience with Misty who performed my bone density scan. She was very kind, explained everything she was doing, as well as why she was doing it. She was very patient and I felt totally unrushed. Great bedside manner. Deserves more than 5 stars! 😊
