I saw this provider for my entire pregnancy care. Every month I went in there I had a $250 copay that I was told goes toward my ending balance once I deliver. Nothing I paid in was reported to my insurance company. They always filed that they billed me $0. So at the end of my pregnancy the lady at the front that was collecting my copay for the day said "your copay will only be $30 since you've paid in a lot already". The medical billing company they use (Blue Sky Medical Billing) told me that because pregnancy is a long term condition they file it differently with the insurance company, at the end of the pregnancy when you deliver they then send a "big bill" to insurance and you pay the remainder from what you've paid in and your out of pocket. When I look at the charges on my account. It says that Doctor Graham did not bill anything to insurance. It says $0 billed. I have this in black and white proof on paper. I also have all my receipts and copies of my bank records where they charged me. They have now blocked my phone number, even though they have no idea that this is an issue at hand. I've been trying to call them for over a week now and it just goes to an on call service. Call two seconds later from another number, and it rings through. My friend also went to this office for her prenatal care and they did the same thing to her. None of her copays went to her insurance either and they also have her number blocked. WHY?

I absolutely LOVED Dr. Graham- he delivered my daughter in February 2021 and did everything in his power to make sure I avoided a C-Section. During delivery he was so calming and kind. I love that he teaches students because at every appointment and during birth and postpartum I felt like I understood so much more because he was explaining it to students. A doctor who has been practicing as long as he has and still expresses awe and wonder at your ultrasounds on how amazing life is, is one to be treasured. The nurses were all friendly at the office but there were definitely long wait times at some appointments. And unfortunately the front desk staff who was there during my time was horrendous. Twice I called with medical problems and they treated me like just another annoying patient trying to be seen sooner. I had an extreme postpartum complication and they just kept offering me appointments for the following week like that would make me go away faster despite my asking repeatedly for them to ask a doctor or PA about my problem. When one finally called me back the front desk staff hadn’t even informed her of my question and when I told her she wanted me in ASAP that day. So, all that to say if you’re going to work in a medical field maybe some training on what constitutes a same day visit.

Checked in for an 11:30 am appointment. 45-minutes, I’m still waiting. No triage, no communication. When patients are waiting to be seen, at a minimum, they should be informed when the Dr. running behind. I don’t expect to receive shrugs when inquiring about the status of being seen. When I asked who the office manger was, I was told there wasn’t one. This is apart of the problem.
