Today my power was turned off with a car parked outside and 2 small children at home. I called to report a power outage and turns out they made a mistake and processed a move out request on 6/28 instead of 7/13 because the computer said 6/13. Even with people home they turned the power off. I called and spoke with a supervisor who informed me that this was my fault and not theirs and charged me 45 dollars to have the power turned back in after hours ( which is after 11 am) it was 11:30 when I called. And then a 30 dollar connection fee. Keep in mind they turned the power off with people in the home and thought it was supposed to be disconnected. Who doesn’t knock on the door or ask. So now I have to pay 75 dollars for something that was done in error and the supervisor basically didn’t care that children were home.
