Charlotte was very rude and disrespectful she was short talking mistaken me for other customer walk off all while she was having attitude with other customer she then refuse to talk to me I ask for the supervisor she told me she was I had a tragic lost multiple people and all I wanted was my mail or understanding at least make sure u give helpful info to your customers I really did not like the energy and it looks like she not happy with your job I know some days harder than others but making sure ur customers happy she make ur day better I barely said 2 words and she snap PLEASE GET BETTER WORKERS SANDRA WILLIAMS please it was a lobby full of embarrassment

My normal mailman was switched to another route and ever since none of my packages are being delivered. They will scan it for delivery and then it will never be delivered or sent some where else saying I need to pick up. If I go to the office all they usually do is write the tracking number down but never get back with you… after waiting in line for a hour watching ten other people with the same complaint. I’m not sure what’s going on here but it needs to be fixed.

I placed an order with a company Dec. 4th. This post office received the package Dec. 7th. It did not leave their facility until Dec. 16th. This package will not be arriving in time for Christmas; this post office had this package in their possession way longer than other facilities.
