The manager(Dave) made an appointment with me and was doing a million other things which cause my application to not b done right and me having to find a way to cash money orders🤬🤬.

It is affordable housing. Since the change in management it has gone downhill. The rents were raised 3x in a 12month cycle. This is supposed to be low income..... 30% of your income less deductions per RD rules. If income doesn't change why the drastic increases????

Definitely dont live here. I currently live here and am currently looking for a different place before my lease is even up. This place is turning into trash since new management arrived.

There's an office where you can pick up an application. The application fee is $25.00.

So all these units are all 2 bedroom 1bathroom ???
