🔥 It's NOT LEGAL to have personal owned cameras on other tenants. If you have cameras for yourself, they are to only be focused on your own space and not ALL OTHER UNITS AROUND, BESIDE OR IN FRONT OF YOU! It's illegal and prosecutable by the law with fines and jail time. We are not talking about the ones by the office. It's another resident or tenant! My sister is an agoraphobic and began to do well and go outside. Now she fears even worse since she found this out! She was doing well until this man set up cameras that views tenants beside and in front of his dwelling. My sister is very agoraphobic when she moved there and started to go out little be little until she realizes this man was putting people on camera/Online. Now she want come out again and management hasn't fined or even told this man that it was wrong or to even forbid him from filming residents. This is worse than shameful. My sister has once again refrained back to complete isolation again! When will this stop? Ever? THIS IS COMPLETELY AGAINST THE LAW!

They dont have any 3 or 2 bedroom apts. This is a seniors complex. 1 bedroom only.

They are based on your income and you have to pay electric
All apartments are wheelchair accessible. And each tenant is allowed a single pet, usually a small one. As for availability, I couldn't say at the moment. Many places are being repaired after the last storm, so no certainty about availability.
