Having recently moved into the area I needed to select a new trash pickup company. I wanted to support a local company so I went with Rob's. I am very pleased with the timely service, good rate and professionalism of the crew on the truck.

Really unhappy with the service lately, the man who picks up our trash bins does not care about how he puts them back, I literally saw him throw it in the middle of our driveway so and it's on the edge of the Rd barely on our driveway instead of standing it upright on the side of the driveway where we have been leaving it the past 6years. We live on a busy State Rd and it's like he wants the bin to get hit so we have to buy a new one. While the owner is kind his new workers need to be a little more respectful of paying customers. Please fix this.

They sometimes* leave trash still in the bin, I would say 60-70% of the time there is still trash at the bottom of the bin when I pull it back from the curb. They also leave the trash bin in the middle of the driveway and it has somehow gotten tears in it. Raeford needs better trash and recycling options. *edited from several months ago- they have since been emptying the whole bin, service has slightly improved.
