Don’t use them! They are always a day late. We paid for pick up twice a week, yet they decided to only pick up once a week but we were not refunded half of what we paid. They just picked up trash today and left my trash can in the middle of the driveway. Therefore I has to drive through the ditch to get into our driveway before the person behind me would hit me. As a result my car got damaged! I am furious! We gave this company 3 years and we have had nothing but issues!

I moved here a few months. I came home one day and a trash can from this business was dropped off in my yard. I didn’t call them and request service. It was just left here. I’ve been trying for months to get them to come pick it up. After reading reviews, I knew I didn’t want to use them. It was very easy for them to drop off (without a request) but for some reason they just can’t seem to get around to pick it up. Go figure!

I used this company for five years when I lived in Raeford. When moving out I attempted to cancel service and could not. Multiple emails and voicemails left with no answer. I finally resorted to taping a note on the trash can and it was finally removed. Awful!

There's was a time that AOK Sanitation was THE trash company to use in Raeford. Those days are long gone and if I could give a negative star review I most definitely would. They're inconsistent with the trash pick up, hardly ever answer the phone and much less call back on messenges left. I've even filled a complaint with the BBB because of services I paid for we're never rendered.
