First time coming here and the service was AWFUL! I give 2 stars because the food and beer was pretty good and it has the potential to be great if they hired some people that actually wanted to work. I need to preface that this was apparently after brunch and the place had maybe 10 other guests. We waited 10-15 minutes for a server to greet us, it wasn’t until I walked up to the bar to order beers that the waiter approached my husband at the table. We waited another 15 minutes for a menu, which they had to print - no big deal. But then the waiter avoided eye contact as he walked by us several times to take our order. At this point we were ready to walk out if we had a quick way to pay for our beers. The lack of friendliness from staff was ridiculous. Our server definitely lacked basic work ethic.

Delicious fried chicken sandwich. Second floor patio was a lovely location to enjoy dinner, will definitely come here again.

This was a kids paint class. Only served happy meals for dinner. I thought painting with my granddaughter and mom would be fun. I bought three paint class tickets and three happy meals with cheeseburgers. The happy meal was absolutely awful. The cheeseburgers were charred and tasted bad and were served without any toppings. The fries were cold. Not only was our food terrible, but a couple of others received charred cheeseburgers. Some people didn't get the meals they requested. There was complete chaos. Some of the parents made the choice to gather downstairs next to the painting class and drink alcohol. The parents were talking so loudly. The instructor's instruction was challenging to hear. I find it surprising that alcohol was permitted in the same room as the children. I had a conversation with the manager-bartender. She was very disrespectful and said she couldn't do anything about it. I'm very disappointed it was a waste of money. Parents save your money; don't take your kids to a paint class at Norris Brewing.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere and vibe. My first time there but all my friends have been there many times. We sat at the bar and the service was perfect. I asked for a recommendation between two different apps to have for dinner and was told the meatballs were great! She was not wrong. They were AMAZING! Fresh, flavorful, nice sized portion, and I want the recipe. If you have never been, you have to go. You won't be sorry! Friendly neighborhood pub atmosphere and support local small businesses.
