If I could give this company a zero I would. Adele with the manager named Kelly McLaughlin and was harassed texted called 50 times in 1 hour after being in a rental by my insurance. These people have no regard for anyone else's life calling me all day while I'm at work even after I've responded and answered their questions and paid my bill. I was told if I didn't bring the car back immediately after paying my bill two weeks back to back that I would be charged with felony charges for stealing a vehicle and it's just now been two weeks and I've paid both weeks. Every branch that I've spoke to in the area is just as rude.

I really wish I could give them a zero star rating because if I could I would. I called the local office today and spoke to a Woman named Celine or something close to that. I told her that I used to be a Manager at Enterprise and my car is in the repair shop. I said I wanted to rent a car and be picked up because I did not have a ride. She tried everything to avoid picking up then said they would but it would be after 5. I said I had places to be before 5 and that was not acceptable to me. I have to call our main competitor from back in the day, Budget, where they have been much nicer. This was not the first time that this has happened. I cannot tell you how disappointed I am. Every time I called I told the person on the phone that I understood there day was stressful because I was a Manager there. But I also remember how toxic the environment was and that I left the company when the area manager who went by Skip told me he would never promote me higher because I am a woman.
