Rented an excavator and trailer back in the beginning of March and the trailer had a bad tounge which came off and ran into the back of my Dads van. Two months later with no call back , email or result from their insurance company or there personnel our property has not been fixed.

Rude, sarcastic, and juvenile. Drove 45 min for what was supposed to be a trailer loaded with approx. 100 chairs, arrived only to be told" we've never loaded a trailer prior the customer pickup", via the owner himself, and his sidekick, was a waste of air, huffing and grumbling the entire time. I was told to walk across the road to fetch an adapter for their trailer lights, provide and or use my own ratchet straps, load the chairs myself....but then they'll charge you .50 cent a chair to restock them, but not offer to load them for you..... Trailer jack was broke, I'm told as I'm hooking the trailer up, I'll have to make accommodations to takeoff the trailer with a floor jack once I return... The only saving grace was the cute little woman inside, she greeted me hello opening the door, and even came out to see if she could help "load" the chairs......I thought they didn't do that..... None said Thank you, or have a good day.....I guess WE ALL were past that point.....Nope, I'll never use them again.
