This hotel is overpriced and not on a good location.Too many people hanging out staff stated they were refugees. Nosiness in the hall way. The hotel is outdated I just need a close location for a short period of time.Then they have the nerve to charge a deposit for items that are broken, outdated. The people above me walked around all damn night. I will never stay here again regardless of I’m a choice member. I will be reporting this to the company regarding the numerous problem I noted and then to the health department.

The manager is awesome he's very nice it's a nice couple of young ladies that work there nice gentleman that works there never have a problem checking in they have a few maids that's very nasty sometimes other than that overall I love to stay there they remodeled the rooms are clean and nice I would definitely recommend family and friends

Actually didn't mean to stay here again. The first time I stayed here my car was robbed and if it wasn't for the security guard I wouldn't have got my stuff back as he caught the guys as they were taking my things. (I bought him a $20 gift card for the pizza place next door) On both occasions though the Indian lady at the counter (maybe the owner) is just not very friendly. Not exactly rude but borderline. Almost as if she doesn't like males or maybe white people it's hard to say.

It was an okay stay minus the small over charge. Expect the unexpected. I expected to be charged what was on my reservation. Always read ALL of the amenities BEFORE booking. Staff should try to learn more information or at least inquire on how to find out more to get a reasonable answer. Saying. "You'd have to ask someone at Choice Hotels." And not trying to figure out the answer is unacceptable. Good customer service is also learning more about your own job.
